Why Vidhaana

Training is common. A hiring network isn't.

What makes Vidhaana different is what happens after the learning — a real network of companies who trust Vidhaana's pipeline enough to hire from it.

A real corporate network

Years of industry relationships mean warm introductions, not cold applications — to companies that are actively hiring.

Industry experts, not generalists

Every track is designed and mentored by people who've worked in the field, so training maps to what employers actually screen for.

Outcome, not just content

We measure ourselves on internships landed and offers made — not hours of video watched.

Support to the offer letter

Resume reviews, mock interviews and introductions continue until you're placed, not just at the end of a course.

What people say

Trusted by the people going through it

Students, placement cells and returning professionals — in their own words.

92%

Learner satisfaction

The mentorship felt personal, not scripted. By the time I spoke to a recruiter, mock interviews had already worked out my nerves.

AR

Ananya R.

Student, placed via internship track

Vidhaana ran the whole placement drive on our campus, not just a training module. Our TPO office finally has numbers to show the management.

PO

Placement Officer

Partner college, TPO cell

After a five-year break, I didn't know how to explain the gap in an interview. The coaching sessions were built exactly for that conversation.

DS

Deepa S.

Women Empowerment cohort, returnship hire

Every module mapped to something a real employer was screening for — nothing felt like filler.

RK

Rohit K.

Student, skill sprint graduate

Having one partner handle training, internships and the hiring day itself took an entire workstream off our team.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who are Vidhaana's programs actually for?

Three groups: individual students and early professionals, colleges wanting a placement partner, and women returning to or entering the workforce. Each has its own track — see Offerings for details.

Is the internship guaranteed, or just training?

Every learner on the Student track is matched to a live internship inside Vidhaana's partner network, not a simulated project — training leads directly into that placement.

How does Vidhaana work with colleges?

We co-design a skilling calendar around your academic schedule, deliver cohort training and mentorship, then bring hiring partners on campus for a structured placement drive — not a one-off visit.

I've been out of the workforce for years — can I still apply?

Yes. The Women Empowerment track is built specifically for re-entry: flexible scheduling, coaching for the interview conversation around a career gap, and warm introductions to employers open to returnship hires.

What happens after I get placed?

Support doesn't end at the offer letter — mentorship and community access continue afterward, and colleges receive a semester outcome report tracking students trained, interned and placed.
